A not-for-profit organisation employing approximately 200 people in a highly specialist skilled area.
The organisation faced its first deficit in over 19 years, and the culture of the organisation had to change so that it could survive in a more difficult commercial environment.
Initially, we worked with the top team, identifying what needed to change and how the organisation should look after this change. We then ran a number of strategic workshops to highlight those issues and provided further training in specific skill areas, such as assertiveness.
The organisation has returned to surplus and reports a real change in its day to day culture.
