A small company, employing approximately 50 people, installing fibre optic networks throughout the UK.

Our first project was to review employment documentation and the employee handbook – bringing everything up to date with current best practice and legislation. Since then – and for seven years - we have provided an outsourced HR service to the business.

We visit the company once a month for half a day and we provide telephone and email support at other times.

During this time our designated consultant has gained an excellent knowledge of the organisation and provided invaluable support in a range of activities including business restructuring, staff selection, problem resolution, absence management, disciplinary and grievance procedures.
