A £50m turnover specialist manufacturing unit employing approximately 500 people.
The company had unsuccessfully appointed two manufacturing managers who had only lasted a year each in post. We carried out an in-depth analysis of the candidate profile and how such a candidate could be found.
We identified that candidates would need a unique mix of skills and felt that a combined search and advertising approach would be most appropriate. This was successful in generating two high calibre candidates, one from each route. The company then made a successful appointment.
