• ON SITE SUPPORT We can visit your site on a regular basis – effectively becoming your HR department. This could be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or annually depending upon the need. On site we would deal with any operational issues, and obviously we’d continue to work on agreed objectives. We would attend Disciplinary and Grievance meetings and organise all the administrative follow-up. We can also provide all your administrative support on personnel matters.
• TELEPHONE & EMAIL SUPPORT We can provide 24 hour support, normally responding to queries within four hours.
